The need and requirement to store original documents and files continues to exist alongside scanning systems and Filing Library has developed a system whereby files can be stored individually and sequentially using our clients' own reference system.

Retrieval is within minutes of request, unlike many storage facilities where files are packed in large bulk containers, making retrieval inconvenient and costly.

Our library premises comprise a modern, clean, insulated and heated warehouse equipped with a purpose made multi-level steel racking system with fast access to upper levels by a mobile electro-hydraulic passenger lift. The premises are fully protected by security alarms and are situated on a convenient trading estate with ample free car parking on site.

This method of file storage is particularly popular with professional organisations such as lawyers and accountants.
